ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Each order takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship. Please note that some orders may take longer than others depending on the size and complexity of the order. Most orders take an additional 3-5 days in transit, but please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
SHIPPING COSTS
Timothée Damas is proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all of our orders. No charge on any additional shipping fees, regardless of the size or destination of the order.
Domestic and International Shipping: Timothée Damas relies on the foremost shipping carrier as the primary choice for both local and global shipments. The customer will receive a tracking number once an order is shipped.
POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Please note that in rare cases, there may be potential service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. The customer will be informed of any such disruptions.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of the products, it is not possible to accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. If the customer receives a damaged or defective product, please contact the support team immediately for assistance.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Timothée Damas is unable to offer exchanges for any products, including size changes. Each piece is custom made to order and cannot be exchanged.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event that one or more items in your order are damaged during transit, please email detailed photos of the damage, including packaging images, to contact@timotheedamas.com. If significant damage is observed, Timothée Damas may, at his discretion, choose to restore or replace the damaged item(s) following a review of the provided photos.
For a swift resolution, kindly adhere to the following steps:
- Capture clear photos of any damaged areas.
- Take these images immediately upon receiving the product(s), refraining from installing them.
- Submit the photos within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Please be aware of the following details:
- The Assessment of Damage process requires a minimum of 30 business days.
- Replacement delivery is contingent upon factors such as manufacturing capacity, inventory availability, and shipping timelines.
- In the event that Timothée Damas opts for repair or replacement, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
